today's outing was fun!! but damn tiring. those who didn't go, you really missed out. even sinwei went. omg can you believe it? SINWEI. anyway yesterday's bball training coupled with today's biking, my triceps are aching big time. it's practically swollen i can see the bump in the mirror its so gross.

anyway we're all becoming a bunch of frisbee pros, no? hahah all our crocodile catches and blah blah blah, but i'm the most zai in throwing.
