O-M-G
i just did like, 7 hours and 50 mins of CIP today. damn damn damn damn damn tiring. but not like i can complain when i was given the option of not going in the first place.
oh btw, the previous blog post was mine also. which makes it damn weird for me to blog again. but really, i rather blog to a wall than give the remaining few people who actually do visit for their few seconds once an eon the feeling that the blog has been officially deserted, a place never to visit again or be damned, just like how everytime i visit the class blog and see that the newest one was writted by me some 1 week ago, and feel like im the only one in the world who actually knows of its existence.
im not blaming anyone for not blogging. its inherent in man to want to be the best, spend the most time on what he enjoys, and if he thinks of something as a chore, he most probably wouldnt go out of his way to do it. be it something to keep the spirit up, be it something to cheer someone on. be it a way of showing someone you care, even if you dont. the most distinct of examples are as such.. not going for class outing, coz u think it wont be fun. i mean, wat the shit, of course nothing can be absolutely fun. if you absolutely hate shopping, and everytime a class outing actually happens and then theres this shop which appeals to like, 1 girl, and the rest of the girls dun mind going in, and so everyone just goes in, coz as said its a class outing, then obviously all the guys are gonna get bored. and sit around and think about what they could be doing and all that, about how dumb the outing actually is, and wondering how long to go before chancing upon another shop and sitting around.. of course all this is very chauvinistic, and isnt fair to either sex. anyway on the other hand, if the guys simply want to go play soccer, the girls will be left out and be bored, and hate it.
eventually, noone likes class outings anymore, simple because no 2 people like exactly the same things, even if 1 distinct group likes certain types of things better, and the other group likes other types of things better.
which is part of the reason why the class hasnt had an outing in 2 and a half months. (other factors include said desire to be the best (at least not the last), and as predictable as ever in a society like Singapore's, we students want as much time as possible to, well, study, do homework, whatever)
another example, that still happens (coz we all hate to be losers in society, and hence go to school, where we have meals together coz thats what keeps us alive) is meals. certainly man has become so afraid of breaking new and self-made "laws" between friends (this is how i see it) that he forces himself to obey it, mindlessly at times, and noone but an outcast, so to speak, will ever be free from these restrictions. based on the very logical assumption that no 2 persons can like each other for everything they do, as man's very nature is selfish, these restrictions serve to torture him, albeit in subtle ways. this law is apparent during meal times, where theres an awkward wait for someone to start touching the food before everyone slowly proceeds to cut up their food, scoop up the rice, adjust the straw, basically waiting for the right moment to not feel like they have committed the worst crime on earth, which is to start eating before the others can. so assuming if 2 guys buy food from a certain stall in the canteen and all the rest another stall, and the 2 guys finish buying their food and sit at the table, they would have been dealt with the toughest question: to start eating, or not?
the humji, couldnt-care-about-others-yet-afraid-to-be-an-outcast loser will pretend to be so closely bonded to the rest, he doesnt even give a hint that he is eyeing the food, though failing a great many times. the good friends (notice the plural, coz you cannot be a good friend to someone who doesnt take u as a good friend), in the first place, would have bought food from the same stall. and patiently waited for each other. the true friend(no plural, there are no 2 true friends), if you define it reasonably within the limits of man's tolerance, wouldnt have come to school because his existence in the education system would mean a lesser chance for you to be awarded a place in your desired course in whatever school you so intend to go to after you graduate. Apparently if 1 guy is in school in the first place, he cannot be a true friend, there can therefore be no 2 true friends.
THEREFORE, i conclude that it is no fault of man that he doesnt blog to keep the class spirit up. It is his creator's fault.
Why did it happen then? this is easier to understand really. coz you see our creator had to ensure that the form he creates is able to sustain and survive as a race without help from "above". so in order to do that, he had to instill in man, a nature that is self-centred, to make sure he fights for himself.
and this is the real cause of greed. of desires. of being wanting to be "in it".
what the hell am i saying??????? i think im too pessismistic about man liao.
actually what i wanted to blog about was... WHAT A ROUGH WEEK IT HAS BEEN!
2 phy tests on monday... ??!?! chem test on wednesday, which was by the way, totally unfair since we all (i think) thought only carbonyls was coming out... and holy mother of god, phy a level spa and chem pre spa on friday??? thats enough stress to kill any amoeba. and u would think its time for a break after such a killer week, and then theres probability test on monday, and the chance is high that u havent done your newspaper cuttings which were supposed to be done on friday. and maybe some chance that you havent done any newspaper cuttings this year, to make sure i wasnt leaving anyone out of the stress spectrum.
actually, something else happened this week, and it was the v-cum-frank'sbday- day! it wasnt such a gr8 day for me though, for reasons i cant reveal. but anyway, next monday is DORENE's BDAY! woa... bday leh.. -.- haiya nvm
if you hadnt understood a thing about what i just blogged, it doesnt matter. i know i think weirdly at times, and i cant convey what i think so everyone understand it :S
as a last note, watch this movie filmed in AJ. the actors werent AJ i think, but acting as AJ students. topic is about, erm, gayism. but nothing obscene in the video i promise.

P.S. sometimes you think your problems are killing you. think about people who have diseases, not problems, killing them, and realise how fortunate you are. your problems, like mine, aren't significant at all. =)
